Who is CSIPay?

What are the steps to switch my payment processing?

It’s easy – connect with our Omniterm team, sales@omniterm.com. We’ll evaluate your current technology, rates and requirements and prepare a proposal for you. Once agreed, there’s a contract to sign, our underwriters do their thing and then onboarding can begin. For online payments we can get the whole process done in 3-4 weeks. When in-person payments are required, we may need a little longer to get the terminals team involved and hardware provisioned.

What about my existing contract with my current provider?

When we review your account and processing needs, we can discuss the details of what your current commitments are and how best to address these and manage the transition.

What are the key advantages over other providers?

Traditional processors often have extensive application processes, elaborate pricing systems, and their support and user experiences are difficult to navigate. CSIPay offers a more streamlined service where, in partnership with your software, getting signed up, boarded, and launched with payments can take less than a month! Can I re-use my existing kiosk and POS pin pads?

Typically, switching your payments over to Omniterm will require the purchase of new pin pads. These are a relatively low-cost item (about $400 each) and come encrypted from CSIPay with unique keys to ensure security of the transaction.

In some instances, if your pinpads are less than 24 months old and you have more than 10 units then we can investigate options for re-programming.
